Spotlight on Anusha Ganta - Power Platform Developer

Anusha joined Evolve in June 2022 as a Trainee, bringing a strong foundation in data science and a passion for continuous learning.

After completing her master’s degree in data science, she gained hands-on experience through an internship working closely with software developers, building a solid understanding of application development and real-world technology solutions.

Since joining Evolve, Anusha has expanded her skill set beyond data science and has since moved into working extensively with Microsoft Power Platform. She works on developing Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps, building Power Automate flows, and providing PowerApps and RPA support to help streamline business processes.

Her proactive approach to learning also sees her strengthening skills in SQL, data warehousing, Power Query, and Power BI, allowing her to support projects wherever the team needs it most.

What Anusha values most about working at Evolve is the opportunity to work on challenging projects while contributing across areas such as Power Apps, RPA, and data teams. She enjoys the flexibility to learn new technologies and apply them to real business needs.

Anusha continues to focus on deepening her expertise in Microsoft Power Platform while continuing to build scalable solutions that combine automation, applications, and data-driven insights to deliver measurable value for clients and the business.

Outside of work, Anusha enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors, which helps her recharge and maintain a balanced, focused approach to both her work and personal life.
