Evolve’s completion of this leadership dashboard solution for Global E&C delivers a live status of departmental objectives. This was a key project for us, delivered in 3 phases. Its completion further cements our position as a leading UK, Digital Transformation practice.
What was in place:
Global E&C approached Evolve with a requirement to design and build a replacement solution to their monthly departmental presentations. These were created manually in Microsoft PowerPoint each month and were used to report progress to stakeholders. This was becoming a time consuming task, subject to human error.
What we did:
Evolve created a web based data driven replica of the PowerPoint presentations in the Microsoft Power Platform which included live status of objectives for each department. The complete process was captured in an automated framework, with live dashboards in a user-friendly format. These dashboards can be easily exported and distributed, or simply accessed through cloud-based services from anywhere, at any time, by approved stakeholders.
